Indicators of Poverty and Social Exclusion in Rural England
This report has been produced by the New Policy Institute on behalf of the Countryside Agency. It presents a range of key indicators of poverty and social exclusion in rural England. This is achieved by presenting English data separately for rural and urban areas. The indicators are drawn from two widely used annual national monitoring reports:
- Monitoring Poverty and Social Exclusion (MPSE), produced by the New Policy Institute and published by the Joseph Rowntree Foundation.
- Opportunity For All (OFA), produced by the Department of Work and Pensions.
